These Terms of Use govern your use of the Waf Jersey website at www.wafjersey.com (the “Site”), operated by Waf Jersey (ABN 69 613 565 393) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. Purchases are also subject to our Terms of Sale.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Site or place an order.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use at contact@wafjersey.com.

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, illustrations, logos, jersey designs and the “Waf Jersey” name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaks Australian law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
• scrape, harvest or systematically copy content without our permission;
• upload anything containing viruses, malware, or that infringes a third party’s rights;
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

When you submit a review or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with the Site. You confirm the content is yours to share and is not misleading or unlawful. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We collect only what we need to fulfil your order, support you, and improve the Site, and we don’t sell your data. Marketing communications are sent only with your consent and can be unsubscribed from at any time, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
